ECM in the European cloud: TA Triumph-Adler sells yuuvis® RAD as a SaaS offering in the DACH region

Cloud service for digital document management stores data exclusively in Europe

Nuremberg, January 31, 2023 - TA Triumph-Adler is expanding its portfolio for digital document processes to include the cloud-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system yuuvis® RAD from Optimal Systems GmbH and is extending this with additional services to create its own Software as a Service (SaaS) offering for the DACH region. yuuvis® RAD as a Service, the new complete package, takes the burden off companies when moving to the cloud and operating the modern ECM solution.  As a full-service offering, it supplements the yuuvis® RAD tool with integrated IT security functions, automatic updates and individual configurability through expandable cloud storage sizes and selectable storage locations. As part of the new SaaS offering from TA Triumph-Adler, the data is stored entirely in Europe: companies can choose between six European data centers. yuuvis® RAD as a Service is now available for companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via TA Triumph-Adler. Interested parties can arrange a free online product presentation at the launch.

"Cloud has arrived in the SME sector. We've noticed that the demand for cloud-based services in the area of document processes is growing steadily," says Christopher Rheidt, Managing Director of TA Triumph-Adler GmbH. "As a reliable partner, we want to accompany companies of all sizes on this journey by offering solutions that create tangible added value. To this end, we supplement a high-performance ECM in the cloud with a tailor-made TA service package that relieves the burden on IT in times of a shortage of skilled workers and supports the path to a secure digital organization. This also includes the frequently requested option of hosting all data in Europe. With yuuvis® RAD as a Service, we offer our customers a contemporary full-service ECM that can be used securely, compliantly and on the move."

yuuvis® RAD: The digital office in the cloud

With yuuvis® RAD (Rapid Application Development), TA Triumph-Adler is expanding its extensive ECM portfolio with the first ECM system from the cloud. yuuvis® RAD is a digital platform from Optimal Systems GmbH, a partner company that, like TA Triumph-Adler, is part of the Kyocera Group. With yuuvis® RAD, companies can organize their documents, information and processes in the cloud. It is a tool for setting up comprehensive content management, business management and archiving systems. Users can capture, structure, find, manage and archive data - in short: manage the entire life cycle of documents. By using the cloud, relevant information can be accessed and found quickly from anywhere and at any time. This reduces costs and time for companies, increases process transparency and supports adherence to compliance guidelines. It is also easy to integrate: the cloud service can be installed in just a few minutes and is immediately ready for use. Thanks to the open architecture, interfaces to systems from external providers such as SAP, Datev or Microsoft can be created. The integration of Microsoft Office or Outlook is also possible. Furthermore, additional solutions such as electronic signatures via DocuSign or classification software for automatic recognition can be booked as add-ons. Further information on yuuvis® RAD can be found here.

yuuvis® RAD as a Service: Complete package makes it easier to get started

yuuvis® RAD as a Service is a product from TA Triumph-Adler GmbH. It expands the ECM system from Optimal Systems with additional services to create a standardized complete package for digital document processes that simplifies cloud entry for small and large companies alike. Stefan Halupka, Director of the ECM & ICT DACH business unit at TA Triumph-Adler, emphasizes that companies can receive intensive support right from the start: "Companies receive an all-round carefree package on their way to the cloud, with which we relieve our customers of a lot of work". In addition to individual advice and provisioning, this primarily includes ensuring the secure and stable operation of the solution: from backups and firewalls to automatic software updates. In addition, different storage sizes are offered: 50 GB is included as standard, but the capacity can be expanded and additional storage can be booked as required. Last but not least, customers have the freedom to choose the storage location: the ECM cloud is offered from one of six European data centers located in Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Geneva, Zurich and Sofia.

For the launch, TA Triumph-Adler is offering digital files for invoicing, contracts and HR via yuuvis® RAD as a Service. All three solutions digitize existing workflows and thus enable more efficient processes. For example, invoices are routed automatically and paperlessly through the company, while release and approval processes can be easily integrated. In addition, payment and deletion deadlines are no longer overlooked, cash discounts are calculated automatically and all data is archived in a legally compliant manner. Incoming digital contracts are automatically recognized, assigned to the corresponding customers and compared with existing data. Contracts, references and payslips are available in the digital personnel file and master data is updated automatically. In addition, the ECM system reminds employees of birthdays or anniversaries and serves as an interface to applicant management in order to optimize the recruitment of new employees. "yuuvis® RAD as a Service complements our ECM solutions with a standardized SaaS offering for document processes from the cloud, which is easy for our customers to implement and directly supports companies in basic business processes," says Halupka.

SaaS offering expands cloud portfolio

yuuvis® RAD as a Service is now available in the DACH region and is billed monthly according to the SaaS model based on the number of users. TA Triumph-Adler will provide companies with a customized offer on request: For this, interested parties can contact the ECM team via the company's website. More information is also available in this ECM white paper.

The SaaS offering forms the next building block in TA Triumph-Adler's cloud portfolio: TA Cloud Print and Scan already enables location-independent and secure printing and scanning from the cloud. TA also sells the DocuSign electronic signature and offers this in combination with suitable ECM modules such as the digital personnel file or digital accounting.
