Triumph-Adler expands ECM portfolio with DocuSign eSignature

Nuremberg, October 17, 2022 - TA Triumph-Adler is expanding its portfolio for digital document processes from the cloud to include electronic signatures from DocuSign. As a certified partner of the US provider, TA Triumph-Adler is now selling DocuSign eSignature as part of its holistic Enterprise Content Management (ECM) offering and offers the electronic signature in combination with suitable solutions such as the digital personnel file or digital accounting. Thanks to the integrated connection, users can sign and send contracts directly from the ECM solution.

Secure cloud solution for a core office task

DocuSign eSignature is a digital solution for signing contracts. The cloud-based application from the US expert for accelerated business processes enables companies to create contracts digitally, have them countersigned with an electronic signature and archive agreements - at any time and from almost anywhere in the world. DocuSign eSignature is GDPR-compliant and meets the highest security standards such as the US ESIGN Act and the EU eIDAS Regulation.

Increased efficiency and flexibility through digital processes

In addition to modern security, companies that switch to electronic signatures benefit from intuitive operation and simplified processes, which can increase productivity and reduce operating costs. The use of DocuSign eSignature significantly reduces the workload in departments where documents previously had to be signed, checked and securely stored manually and on paper - for example in the HR or contracts department, in procurement or in services.Digital workflows and the ability to track signatures in real time mean that users are always up to date with the current status of the contract process. More flexible processing options allow customers to make considerable cost and time savings and increase productivity. DocuSign's e-signature can also be easily integrated into common IT infrastructures from providers such as SAP, Microsoft or Google.

Solution enables three levels of electronic signature

The ECM solution offered by TA Triumph-Adler enables the common types of electronic signatures, which are divided into three levels: the simple electronic signature, the advanced electronic signature and the qualified electronic signature.

The simple electronic signature is suitable for companies that want to map transactions with a low legal risk, such as orders or travel expense reports.
The advanced signature is clearly assigned to the signatory and is suitable for transactions with a medium legal risk - for example for offers or contracts. The qualified electronic signature corresponds to a personal signature and offers the highest probative value. It is suitable for transactions that require a personal signature - for example, consumer loans or temporary employment.

Depending on which of these three variants of the electronic signature is specifically required by corporate customers, TA Triumph-Adler creates individually tailored offers with different functional scopes. Which version a company requires can be clarified individually in a brief consultation with the ECM & ICT team at TA Triumph-Adler.
