Which users edit and manage the various documents is decided on the basis of individual rights assignments. Documents can be scanned using the HyPASTM application and images can be uploaded via the mobile app.

The TA Cloud Information Manager enables intuitive document management through clear folder structures. With OCR full-text search, every document can be found again quickly. In the online dashboard, the user indexes and classifies files based on predefined criteria. Logs and histories are automatically created for information security. Thanks to retention management, documents can be archived for specific periods of time and then released for deletion.
