What is job accounting?
Job accounting allows the system administrator to track all print and scan jobs started by users. This feature is available on all compatible printing devices. Job accounting can be turned on or off in the app, but it must also be enabled by an administrator on the specific device. Troubleshooting
My printing device does not appear in the list of devices found. What can I do?
- Check if your printing device is supported (see list below).
- Check your local network connections and make sure your mobile device is connected to the network wirelessly.
- Make sure that the subnet address range used by your mobile device matches that of your printing device.
- Run the search again.
- Try a different search method.

While using the app on my iOS device, the message "Low memory" was displayed. What does this mean?
Your iOS device sends a warning message when it is running low on memory. When the storage space decreases, the system tries to free up the storage space used by open apps. If not enough memory is freed, the apps may crash. Closing the open apps on your mobile device may solve the problem.

The system administrator can restrict printing and scanning on the printer from the Command Centre by enabling local authentication or network authentication. Why do I get errors when I try to print an encrypted PDF file?

Why is a file access error displayed when I save a scanned document to an SD card?
